SHIPPING

A thousand temples offers free shipping for all Australian orders over $70.  

All items are posted 1-3 business days after ordering. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.  

Shipping within Australia

We use Sendle & Australia Post to send our goods to you, sometime items can take a little longer due to matters out of our control (like COVID-19). 

We do not currently have an express option for shipping. 

Please be aware that as we use a third party service, once the parcel has left our premises we have no control over how it is handled, or the time-frame in which it is delivered. 

If your parcel has not arrived within the suggested time frame of the tracking, you can lodge a "missing parcel enquiry" with the delivery company and they will follow up for you. 

International shipping

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping.  

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. This includes change of mind, and/or purchase of an incorrect product. 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
A thousand temples does not offer exchanges.  

MY ITEM IS FAULTY/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
Firstly we are so sorry about this :(  We pride our brand on quality control and customer satisfaction! If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at hello@athousandtemples.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further.
